Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher from accredited university in a technical discipline
- Minimum of ten (10) years combined experience in business and/or technology development in the telecommunications or data networking industry

Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline
- Previous experience in the electronics and/or software industry
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data and information
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Creative problem solving skills - ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues. Apply knowledge of different techniques and practices to achieve desired results. Utilize resources across work areas, departments and businesses to create solutions.
- Project Management experience and collaborative work style
- Strong communications skills to present to a variety of audiences at all levels in the organization, ability to clearly articulate/present message concisely
- Flexible and responsible for meeting tight deadlines.
