The Observer communicating system provides text-based diagnostics. It includes innovative control-box design and high- and low-pressure switches. Three-piece grille panels are easy to remove separately for viewing or cleaning. Easy access to service valves is on all models. There are only two screws to access control panel. Factory is charged with R-410A. Units are equipped with Copeland Scroll UltraTech compressors, ECM fan motors, and isolation compressor grommets to minimize sound at maximum performance. High-performance compressor sound shield is standardized.
